PF series impact crusher is a kind of equipment that uses the high-speed impact principle to crush various medium-hard materials with medium and fine crushing compressive strength not higher than 320Mpa, such as limestone, clinker, slag, coke, coal, etc.
The impact crusher (commonly referred to as the impact breaker) is a new generation of impact crushing machine developed by Yingke Machinery. It incorporates advanced domestic and international technologies and is designed based on the specific requirements of the domestic sand and gravel industry. Typically used as a secondary crushing device, it achieves "more crushing, less grinding". The impact crusher produces well-shaped, cubic finished stones, with adjustable discharge sizes and diverse specifications. It can process various medium-hard and soft materials (such as limestone, coal gangue, concrete, etc.) and is widely used in industries like railways, highways, cement, and chemical engineering.
Advantages and Features
Adjustable Plate Hammer and Discharge Gap:Provides a high crushing ratio and excellent stone shaping effect.
Durable Plate Hammer:Offers good impact resistance and wear resistance, maintaining stable discharge sizes.
New High-Wear Materials:Extends replacement intervals, reduces spare parts inventory, and saves costs.
Multi-Functional Hydraulic System:Allows for high precision and fast adjustment, reduces labor intensity, and shortens downtime.
Working Principle
The working principle of the impact crusher can be summarized as a process of "three-stage crushing and cyclic refinement":
The material first enters the high-speed rotating rotor area and is strongly impacted by the plate hammer at a linear speed of 30-50m/s (primary crushing);
The material is then ejected to the impact plate for collision and crushing (secondary crushing), and at the same time collides with other materials in the chamber to achieve free crushing (third-stage
crushing).
By intelligently adjusting the gap between the impact plates and the rotor speed, the system can accurately control the number of crushing times and residence time of the material in the chamber to ensure that the finished product particle size is uniform and meets the standard, and the particles that do not meet the standard continue to be cyclically crushed until they are discharged.
This multi-stage impact crushing mechanism enables the impact crusher to have the dual advantages of efficient crushing and high-quality particle shape.
