Working Principle

Working Principle (Laminated Crushing)
Feeding stage: The material enters the crushing chamber evenly through the vibrating feeder to avoid overload or idling.
Crushing stage: The moving cone rotates eccentrically to form a periodically changing crushing chamber with the fixed cone; the material is subjected to multiple extrusions, shearing, and grinding in the chamber (laminated crushing principle) rather than a single impact.
Discharge stage: The crushed material is discharged by its own weight or vibrating discharge belt, and the particle size is determined by the discharge port size and the crushing chamber type.
