Introduction

The feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, and vibrating screen are integrated into a frame to form a closed crushing production line, which is efficient and flexible. The jaw crusher + impact crusher four-combination mobile crushing station has been widely used in many industries such as mining, building materials, and solid waste treatment due to its advantages such as efficient crushing, flexible adaptability, energy saving, and economy, intelligent automation, and environmental protection and safety. Mobile crushing and screening equipment is a modular mobile production line that integrates crushing, screening, and conveying functions. It is usually installed on tires or crawler chassis and can be flexibly transferred to other sites. Its core features are high integration and mobility. It does not require fixed infrastructure and can directly reach the raw material site or construction waste dump site to achieve "on-site material processing" Types of stones suitable for mobile crushing and screening equipment 1. Medium and low hardness stones (such as limestone, bluestone, dolomite, etc.): Mobile equipment is mostly equipped with a combined crushing process of jaw crusher + impact crusher, which is suitable for materials with compressive strength ≤350MPa. The impact crushing principle of the impact crusher is more efficient for medium hardness stones. 2. Working Principle
