Introduction

LF Large Impact Crusher is an improved version based on the PF impact crusher. "L" stands for "Large," and "F" stands for impact crusher. It is primarily used in hydropower, highway construction, construction waste treatment, and the processing of artificial construction aggregates. Compared to traditional impact crushers, this impact crusher features an increased feed inlet and rotor diameter. It is an energy-efficient crushing equipment designed for ores with compressive strength not exceeding 350 MPa, as well as materials such as limestone, slag, coke, and coal. The crusher offers a high crushing ratio, excellent product shape, and uniform particle size.

Advantages and Features

  • Unique Structure: Keyless connection for enhanced rigidity; high-chromium plate hammers with superior impact and wear resistance.
  • Energy-Efficient and High-Yield: Large feed inlet ensures high production efficiency, low wear, and high comprehensive benefits. It can directly handle large-diameter raw materials, with adjustable discharge size and a high crushing ratio.
  • Crushing and Shaping for Excellent Particle Shape: The product exhibits a cubic shape with high-quality particle structure.
  • Simplified Crushing Process: The large jaw impact crusher can perform both coarse and fine crushing, effectively consolidating the original two-stage crushing process into a single stage.

Working Principle

This impact crusher utilizes impact energy to crush materials. During operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. When materials enter the plate hammer action zone, they are crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammers. The crushed materials are then thrown tangentially onto the impact plate installed above the rotor for secondary crushing. Subsequently, they rebound from the impact plate back to the plate hammer action zone for further crushing. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the desired particle size and discharged through the outlet. The particle size and shape of the materials can be adjusted by altering the gap between the impact frame and the rotor.
