Working Principle
The compound cone crusher works by combining spring and hydraulic mechanisms to achieve stable and efficient crushing. Driven by a motor, the eccentric bushing rotates and causes the moving cone to swing around a central axis. This motion compresses material between the fixed and moving cones, crushing it through repeated squeezing and inter-particle collision. Crushed material is discharged from the bottom once it reaches the desired size. The spring system provides overload protection by allowing uncrushable objects to pass through safely, while some models also feature hydraulic adjustment and cavity cleaning to enhance operational efficiency.
