The compound cone crusher is suitable for crushing various ores and rocks with medium to above medium hardness. It features reliable structure, high production efficiency, easy adjustment, and economical operation. Its spring safety system acts as an overload protection, allowing foreign objects like iron blocks to pass through the crushing chamber without causing damage to the crusher. The glycerin sealing form isolates dust from the lubricating oil, ensuring reliable operation. The crusher can be selected in standard, medium, and short-head types to perform coarse, medium, and fine crushing operations according to customer requirements.

Working Principle

The compound cone crusher works by combining spring and hydraulic mechanisms to achieve stable and efficient crushing. Driven by a motor, the eccentric bushing rotates and causes the moving cone to swing around a central axis. This motion compresses material between the fixed and moving cones, crushing it through repeated squeezing and inter-particle collision. Crushed material is discharged from the bottom once it reaches the desired size. The spring system provides overload protection by allowing uncrushable objects to pass through safely, while some models also feature hydraulic adjustment and cavity cleaning to enhance operational efficiency.
