Challenges of uranium ore crushing
Uranium ore crushing is different from ordinary ore, and mainly faces the following difficulties:
1. High-hardness materials: Uranium ore usually contains high-hardness minerals (such as quartz and feldspar), and ordinary crushing equipment is severely worn.
2. Radioactive protection: Dust spillage needs to be reduced during the crushing process to avoid radioactive contamination.

Operation process:
1. Use mobile jaw crusher for coarse crushing, crushing large pieces of uranium ore to ≤200mm.
2. Use mobile cone crusher for medium and fine crushing, adjust the size of the discharge port to obtain the ideal finished product particle size (such as 0-30mm).
